AliNico's Policy Agreement
Reservations:
Please call us to notify us of your event date as much in advance
as
possible.
At this point, once you have chosen the date and time we will
hold the date for one
week to sign our agreement and return it to us with your deposit.
Please note that inquiries do not hold your event date.
Deposit:
A deposit of 50% of the amount of the services to be preformed
the day of the event is required. The cancellation policy will be
as follows:

A full refund of the deposit will be returned
with a written cancellation 2 months prior to the event
date.

Half of the deposit received will be returned
with a written cancellation 1 month prior to the event
date.

The deposit will be non-refundable any
time there is a cancellation within 1 month prior to the
event date.
Forms of Payment:
We accept cash, check or money orders made payable to AliNico.
The balance of the party is due the day of the event. We also
accept payments through PayPal. See the link in the menu bar
to make a payment.
Gratuities and Tipping:
A gratuity is not required, but is accepted and appreciated for a job well done.
Confirmation:
Please contact us at least 2 days prior to confirm the time and location.
Late arrivals:
Please advise all people who will be receiving services that day, will begin promptly at the scheduled time. All services are carefully planned out,
and anyone arriving late will result in a shorter service or not receiving a service.
This is necessary to ensure that your experience is an enjoyable one and things go smoothly to get you ready for your special event, and your understanding is appreciated.
Travel fee:
A set fee of $10.00 will be charged for any travel from 25 to 40 miles from Cape Coral, Florida. For every mile traveled over
40 miles, an additional $.75 per mile will be added to the final balance of the event.
Travel rates will increase to $1.25 per mile traveled over 60 miles. Please remember while calculating a travel fee, mileage will be counted
coming to and going from the party.
AliNico, reserves the right to refuse to travel to locations
further than 60 miles from Cape Coral, Florida.
Liability:
AliNico, its owners and employees assume no responsibility or
liability for accidents, allergies relating to hair products
or make-up. As professional hair designers and make-up artists,
we can assure you we will provide you with a wonderful and enjoyable
experience.
We take great pride in developing a personal relationship with our customers to make it a day to remember.
Client Obligations:
- Provide safe, clean areas for the services to be preformed
- Provide a gathering place for guests who will be remaining
in the same location.
- Provide a smoke free environment.
AliNico has provided this account of our policies and terms
of service with the assumption that you have read and agree
to our policies before signing the Policy Agreement. Please
ask for clarification if there are any questions regarding the
above policies before reserving your services.
